Hi guys,we are now 28 weeks and 3 days along. Little ty guy has decided to
take dancing lessons this week and is moving none stop! Have you ever seen " The mask" at the end when Stanley Ipkis swallows the bomb and you can see his belly wiggle uncontrollably? yeah that is how I feel ( and look) 90% of the time. But that tells me that my baby is strong and healthy. Also by the power of his wiggles, kicks and squirms I know that he is getting bigger. I keep telling Pat that he moves a lot and she just laughs and tells me that Tyler was soooo active as a child that the only time he was still is when he was sleeping.
Things that are new and exciting with us in this next coming week are: 1. We have our last genetic ultrasound. Well Hang on.. since Tyler has not kept up to date with stuff. When we were about 12 weeks along we had an ultrasound and they were worried about one of the baby's measurements. He had a little fold of fluid that was big for how far along we were, so they wanted to do some more tests. They did a C.V.S to check all his chromosomes and make sure he was ok. Well it turned out that he was fine, but they have been keeping close watch on me and the baby because I am high risk and they want to make sure his heart is growing and developing like it should. We have had a lot of ultrasounds and all of them so far have turned out just fine. Now we have one final ultrasound now that his heart is big enough to see all 4 chambers of it. I am not worried about it, but I am excited to be able to see my son again on the big screen : ) .
We also have our monthly regular check up with the dr. this week and from here on out I start seeing her every 2 weeks instead of every 4 weeks. Yay.
So anyways i will post some pictures of the baby when we get the ultrasound and will try to keep you all updated. Have a great 4th of july and be safe. :D
